Dr. Kozakowski Appointed to American Board of Family Medicine

Stanley Kozakowski, MD, Director of the Family Medicine Residency
Program at Hunterdon Medical Center has been appointed to the board of
the American Board of Family Medicine.   Dr. Kozakowski is also the
Chair of the Council of Academic Family Medicine and the Immediate Past
Chair of the Association of Family Medicine Residency Directors. Dr.
Kozakowski is a clinical professor at both the University of Medicine
and Dentistry of New Jersey- Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and
Albany Medical College.

Most recently, Dr. Kozakowski was named a “Doctor Who Makes a
Difference” in the current issue of New Jersey Life Health + Beauty
magazine.  Dr. Kozakowski is also a family practice physician at
Delaware Valley Family Health Center in Milford, NJ.
