Hunterdon Healthcare Welcomes New Gastroenterologist

Hunterdon Medical Center is pleased to announce Stephen L Willis, M.D.,
Gastroenterologist has joined the medical staff.  Dr. Willis is working
with Jeffrey Hartford, M.D., Gastroenterologist and Nicole Schaldone,
MS, RD, Gastroenterology Nutrition Specialist at Advanced
Gastroenterology and Nutrition.
Stephen Willis, M.D. is board certified in internal medicine and
gastroenterology.  Dr. Willis holds a degree from Rutgers University and
attended medical school at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of
New Jersey.  He completed his residency in internal medicine and a
fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of Vermont.  Dr. Willis
most recently was on staff as an attending physician in the
gastroenterology and hepatology department at Fletcher Allen Health Care
in Burlington, Vermont.  In addition, Dr. Willis was an Assistant
Professor of Medicine at the University of Vermont College of Medicine.

Since many concerns related to the digestive tract may be related to
foods, Advanced Gastroenterology and Nutrition provides an integrated
approach in focusing on gastroenterology and nutrition to meet all
digestive health needs.  Services include, but are not limited to: colon
cancer screening, gastroesophageal reflux disease, hemorrhoids,
Crohn’s disease, colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, hepatitis and
cirrhosis, diverticulitis gallbladder disorders, gastric ulcers, Celiac
disease, pancreatitis, bacterial overgrowth and food sensitivities.

Advanced Gastroenterology and Nutrition is located in the Hunterdon
Doctor’s Office Building, 1100 Wescott Drive, Ste. 201 in Flemington
and at 75 Frontage Rd. in Asbury.  The practice also has office hours at
the Hunterdon Healthcare Specialty Office located at 84 Rte. 31 North in
Pennington.    The office accepts most managed care plans and is open
