NAMI MERCER OFFERS FREE Wellness and Recovery Programs for Individuals Living with Mental Illness
NAMI Mercer, NJ, based in Lawrenceville, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by mental illness through education, mutual support, and advocacy. NAMI Mercer is a local affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness. NAMI Mercer proudly offers to the community support and education at no cost and with required registration. NAMI Mercer has scheduled the following education classes in the coming months:
Life Coaching Workshop—Saturday, January 28, 1:00-3:00 pm
This special workshop is open to anyone with a mental health diagnosis.
Our leader is Lou Blicharz of Collaborative Support Programs of New Jersey.
Free, but registration is required.
NAMI Connection—Recovery Support Group
Beginning Tuesday, February 14, 2012! NOTE: DATE/TIME CHANGE: Will be held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from 7:00-8:30.
WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan)
Beginning Wednesday, March 7, 2012 as an 8-session class to develop one’s own wellness-recovery plan.
