Posture Clinic: Alignment and Ease in Asana. with special guest, Priti Robyn Ross.
Sunday, April 7, 1:00 – 4:00 pm $45
Come join us for this unique opportunity to delve into the art, science and sacred energy of Hatha Yoga postures. We will dissect essential postures and use the Mountain Posture (Tadasana) to illustrate the basic principle of “stacking the bones.” With this greater comprehension of anatomical structure, we can then easily apply this key approach to every other yoga posture. We will also learn how to recognize our common compensatory postural habits and how to adapt beneficial modifications, thereby increasing the longevity and safety of our practice.
